Now go to hyperspin\modules\sega saturn and open your sega saturn.ahk. STVBIOS="F:\Emulators\Sega Saturn\SSF_012_beta\BIOS\stv110.bin" SaturnBIOS="F:\Emulators\Sega Saturn\SSF_012_beta\BIOS\Sega Saturn v1.00a (1994)(Sega)(US).bin" you should also have a bios folder with the correct bios. if you are too, then open ssf.cfg (where ssf.exe is) and make sure cddrive is the same as your virtual drive number. Path_to_daemontools=C:\Program Files (x86)\DAEMON Tools Lite\DTLite.exeįor sega saturn I am using the SSF emulator. Open hyperspin\settings\settings.cfg and make sure your path to dtlite is correct. Also, it's a good idea to make one virtual drive that is a DT drive, and the other that is a SCSI drive. These emulators look for the lowest letters, so its important to do that. So for me, my 2 virtual drives are D and E. IniRead, exitScriptKey, %settingsFile%, HyperLaunch, exit_script_key, ~q & ~sĭo you see these 2 things and do they match?įor Daemon Tools Lite, first - make sure you set up your virtual drives, and that they are the lowest letters for all your dvd drives. Now open hyperlaunch.ahk, press ctrl + f to do a search. Open hyperspin\settings\settings.cfg and make sure this is there: i am not having trouble with hyperspin.i am having trouble getting it to work on its own.įor your direct3d error i read its a problem with the script. i have a roms folder and each game is in there, in its own folder. Yes - all my games for these systems are in one folder.

If you dont, create one and paste this into it, then edit for your paths: In C:\HyperSpin\Settings\Sega Naomi - the settings file in there is pointing to demul56.įor Makaron, in that same c:\hyperspin\settings folder you should have a file called NaomiMakaron.cfg. (certain games run better on 57 than 56, and others run better on 56 than 57). I guess the module or settings file will know which demul to use for certain games. PathToMakaron =F:\Emulators\Sega Naomi\Makaron\ PathToDemul57 =F:\Emulators\Sega Naomi\demul57\ PathToDemul =F:\Emulators\Sega Naomi\demul\ I looked at the settings.ini in the modules folder (sega naomi) and the paths are like this: This is another thing they made extremely complicated with poor instruction.

demul roms are zip.Įverything works fine, but I dont understand how to configure and save my inputs. this points to the demul emulator and roms. In C:\Hyperspin\Settings, i have another ini called Sega Naomi. In C:\Hyperspin\Settings, i have an ini called NaomiMakaron which points to the makaron emulator and roms. in that settings.ini make sure your paths are correct. The settings.ini is from djvj's folder in the ftp. The Sega Naomi.ahk script is the latest one on HyperList (march 1st). now in the Segan Naomi folder i have 5 files: display.exe, logo.png, loading.png, Sega Naomi.ahk, and Settings.ini. What exactly are the errors you're having? here is my setup for the modules folder.Ĭ:\HyperSpin\Modules\Sega Naomi. djvj really doesnt know how to write directions in a way where the average person can follow. yeah.they make these scripts with the worst directions. Seems like we still need to use the 3 mul56, 57 and makaron. Please.if anyone can help I'd really appreciate it. But I really can't find a solution that works. I've googled the heck out of this and read a ton of posts from people having the same issues. Figures the games I want to play the most are among the ones not working.

When I go to do this, windows won't let me disable DEP for NullDC. I've googled this and read about disabling DEP. In the error window, it says the event name is BEX. I'm sure it's not the games, but the emulator itself. I have replaced the games but still the same result. Some games work just fine, but others cause it to crash right away. I'm pretty sure I have NullDC set up correctly. I have all the DirectX updates and the C++ updates as required by NullDC.

I am running Windows 7 64bit and have an i5 chip, an EVGA GeForce 220 1gb ddr3 card updated to latest nvidia drivers, and 4gb ddr3 ram. But have also tried the latest build of NullDC and have the same problems. I am using 1.0.4 r135, as this is for hyperlaunch 2.13. One of the problems I'm having though is NullDC crashes too much. Everything is going pretty well for the most part. Great place to hang out! I have been spending the last few weeks setting up HyperSpin Front End.
